Francis Eugene Noble

Francis E. Noble, 79, of Coshocton passed away Saturday, January 27, 2024 at his home.  He was born in Coshocton, OH on January 1, 1945 to the late Arthur and Opal (Gosser) Noble.

Francis was a graduate of Ridgewood High School and Stark Technical College with an associate degree in Civil Engineering. He also served in the United States Army before beginning work at Burgess and Niple in Columbus as a Civil Engineer Tech. Francis was a member of the Coshocton AMVETS and enjoyed Hunting, trapping, reading, and watching old western movies.

Francis is survived by his wife of 57 years, Ingrid (Becker) Noble; children Francis V. (Lisa) Noble of West Lafayette and David (Angie) Noble of Coshocton; four grandchildren, Caleb (Trisha) Noble, William Noble, Robbie (Shawnda) Shannon and Nathan (Christy) Shannon; six great grandchildren, Gavin, Garrett, Gabriel, Cassidy, Lila, and Everly Shannon; brother Wayne (Sharon) Noble of California; nephews Wayne Jr., Paul (Mailynn), and Michael Noble; and aunt Bonnie Nichols.

Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his sisters Alice Barrick and Glenna Hartsock.

Calling hours will be held at the Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton, OH 43812 on Thursday, February 1, 2024 from 4:00pm – 7:00pm with the Coshocton County Honor Guard performing military honors at 7:00pm.
