Richard 'Rick" Alan Mccoy

Richard “Rick” A. McCoy, 61, of Coshocton passed away on November 7, 2023 at his home.  He was born in Coshocton, OH on April 1, 1962 to the late Louis C. and Pat (Henry) McCoy.

Richard was currently working at Wal-Mart, where he has been for the past 31 years and for the Coshocton Tribune as a carrier for over 30 years. He loved fishing, playing slot machines, and watching his grandchildren play sports.

He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Brenda (Myers) McCoy; children Stephanie (Tyler) Albertson and Josh (Samantha) McCoy; grandchildren Gavin, Landon, and Tinsley Albertson and Henry and Lena McCoy; siblings Gary (Diane) McCoy and Bryan McCoy; sisters-in-law Rita and Marla Myers; and brother-in-law Kenny Myers.

Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his infant brother, James R. McCoy.

Calling hours will be held at the Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main Street, Coshocton, Ohio 43812 on Friday November 10, 2023 from 10:00am – 12:00pm with funeral services beginning at 12:00pm with Pastor Rita Myers officiating.

A cremation will take place following the funeral service.
