Adam Ross Zullig

October 14, 1981 — February 20, 2018

Adam R. Zullig, 36, of Columbus passed away Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at Grant Medical Center in Columbus.  Adam’s legacy will live on through his gift of life being a multiple organ donor.

He was born in Richmond, Missouri on October 14, 1981.

He was a 2000 graduate of North Eastern High School in Springfield, Ohio.  After high school he worked for the Ohio Central Railroad and then served in the United States Marines Corp.  Adam was currently working for American Electric Power as a Garage Manager.

Adam was an incredible person in so many different ways. He could always make people laugh with his dry sense of humor.  He had a love for music and art that he shared with many people. He was an incredible artist, an awesome drummer, a loving uncle, a proud marine, a deep thinker, a bit of a hippie, the oldest of three siblings, son to wonderful parents, a true ginger…the list goes on and on.

He is survived by his parents Ronald and Jean Zullig of Coshocton; sister Morgan (Jeremy) Hammond of Coshocton; brother Nathan (Tatiana Selva) of Woodbridge, VA; nieces Madison and Lux Hammond.

A graveside funeral service will be held for Adam in Zanesville Memorial Park, 1475 Military Rd., Zanesville, Ohio on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at 2:30 pm with Pastor Chad Olinger officiating. The Muskingum County Veterans Council will be performing military honors.
