Alexis Smart, 16 months old, passed away Sunday October 4, 2015 at the Coshocton County Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Coshocton on June 7, 2014. Alexis was the most radiant, happiest, smartest and funniest baby. She loved to go on walks and she loved all animals. She loved her mommy and daddy so much, no one else could even watch her. She was a princess and always got her way. She will be missed more than words can explain.
Alexis is survived by her parents, Jacob Smart and Anna Ely of Coshocton; grandparents Wayne (Kim) Ely, Tara (Darrell) Robinson, Ronald (Rebecca) Smart, and Shane Edington; Great-grandparents Tom (Betty) Johannes, Bill (Dee) Perkins, Ree (Dave) Dean, Danny Jones and Skip (Joy) Beard; great great grandmother Sandra Venham; Aunt Haley Edington; Uncles Shane Edington, Nathan Beard, and Ambrose Smart; and a very special cousin Trusten Atwood. She is preceded in death by her grandmother Kristi Neace.
Friends may call at the Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton on Friday October 9, 2015 from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM where a funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM with Pastor Jason Diaz officiating.
Interment will follow at Roscoe Cemetery.
