Barbara L. Cooper, 90, of Coshocton passed away on April 23, 2024 at Altercare of Coshocton. She was born on August 5, 1933 in Newcomerstown, Ohio to the late Ronald Harold and Ethel Viriginia (Tufford) Barker. She worked at Ansel Edmont as a sewer. In 1952, she married James H. Cooper who passed in 1995. She enjoyed her family time and would go to breakfast with her brother and play cards with family members. Barb loved decorating her home inside and outside for the holidays, cooking for her family and sewing clothes for her concrete bears.

Surviving is her son, Keith (Teresa) Cooper of Arizona; grandchildren Rebecca Cooper of Coshocton, Jennifer (Eric) Campbell of Zanesville and Kenneth Cooper; great grandchildren, Zander, Mckynlee, Gabrielle and Ayrika; siblings, Jerry Barker, Marilyn Barker, Richard Barker and Ralph Barker.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her children, Kim and Kevin Cooper and Ginger Moats; great grandson, Syler Will and her 8 siblings.

Calling hours will be at The Miller Funeral home on Monday, April 29, 2024 from 11am to 1pm. The funeral service will be held at the funeral home at 1pm with Rev. Philip Hunt officiating. Burial will follow at South Lawn Cemetery.
