Barbara J. Myers, 83, of West Lafayette, passed away on Friday, November,19, 2021 at Lafayette Pointe. She was born on September 23, 1938, in Stow, Ohio to the late Park and Ruth (Haag) Grether. On June 7, 1958, she married Charles “Chuck” Myers, who survives. She worked as a secretary for most of her life. In her free time, she enjoyed sewing and baking. She enjoyed canning vegetables from their garden. She loved being outdoors. Above all, she loved spending time with her family and all her grandchildren.

Along with her spouse, she is survived by her children, Tami Robison of West Lafayette, Edward (Susan) Myers of West Lafayette, Kim (Rick) Berger of Bakersville and Debbie (Gary) Deibel of Fresno; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren’ one great great-grandchild as well as her siblings, Dick Grether, Tom Grether and Joyce Harrington.

She is preceded in death by her son-in-law, Jeff Robison and brother, Bob Grether.

Calling hours will be at the Miller Funeral Home on Wednesday, November 24, 2021, from 11am to 1pm. The funeral service will begin at 1pm with Reverend Matt Anderson officiating. Burial will follow at Fairfield cemetery in West Lafayette.
