Barbara A. Powell, 76, of Coshocton passed away Sunday March 6, 2016 at Lafayette Pointe Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born in Coshocton on June 3, 1939 to the late Edward and Mary (Wolfe) Yaw.
Barbara attended Central Christian Church and enjoyed cooking, baking, and spoiling the grandchildren.
She is survived by her son Scott (Heather) Powell of Coshocton; step-son Sean (Tammi) Powell of North Carolina; brother Paul (Andrea) Yaw of Coshocton; grandchildren Brittany and Colin Powell of Coshocton; nephews Douglas (Beth) Yaw of Kentucky and Christopher (Julie) Yaw of Columbus; niece Mary Elizabeth (Kyle) McMullen of Coshocton.
Graveside services will be held for Barbara at South Lawn Cemetery, Coshocton on Wednesday March 9, 2016 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Philip Hunt officiating.
