Belva Scritchfield, age 77, of Coshocton passed away on Sunday, March 5, 2023 at the Coshocton Regional medical Center. She was born on November 1, 1945 to the late Harold and Neva (Flinn) Clegg in Kent, Ohio.

A cremation will take place with the Miller-Kaser Cremation Service.
