Life Legacy
B. Joyce Dunfee, 80 of New Philadelphia, passed away at her home on Sunday December 30, 2012.
Joyce was born to the late Cecil and Mona (Senter) Perkins in Coshocton on December 19, 1932.
She graduated from Conesville High School, had worked at Shaw Barton and retired from Yankee Wire Cloth Products in West Lafayette after 27 years of service. Joyce was a member of Isletta United Methodist Church, Junior Guild Club of West Lafayette, enjoyed card club, spending time with her family and working with her flowers.
She is survived by her five children Mike (Tricia) Ross of Columbus, Rick (Jackie) Ross of Columbus, Cathy (Don) Thomas of Nashport, Dana Zimmerman of Dover and Jim (Kim) Ross of Bolivar; five grandchildren Jon (Charity) Ross, Sarah (Adam) Pillion, Hannah Thomas, Donnie Thomas and Aliyah Ross; four great grandchildren Aidan Ross, Dylan Ross, Addison Pillion and Peyton Pillion; three sisters Joan Johnson of Coshocton, Janet (George) Bookless of Coshocton and Sandy Perkins of Florida; several nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her first husband Tommy L. Ross and second husband James Dunfee.
Friends may call at The Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton on Thursday January 3, 2013 from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM and one hour prior to the service on Friday. Funeral services for Joyce will be at the funeral home on Friday at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow in South Lawn Cemetery, Coshocton.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Tuscarawas County Senior Center Transportation, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
