Charles R. Prince, 77, of Coshocton passed away at Autumn Health Care in Coshocton on Thursday January 9, 2014.
Charlie was born in Dresden on December 5, 1936 to the late Charles R. and Evelyn (Cullins) Prince. He graduated from Jefferson High School in Dresden, had owned operated Humble & Exxon Gas Station and Princes Treat. Charlie also belonged to the Coshocton Masonic Lodge #96, Shriners and Scottish Rite.
He is survived by his three sons C. Doug (Libbie) Prince, Dave (Renee) Prince and Brian (Becky) Prince all of Coshocton; daughter Cindy (Tim) Laird of Galion; twelve grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; a sister Ada Marie (Bill) Wagner of Dresden.
Friends may call at The Miller Funeral Home on Sunday January 12, from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM where Masonic services will begin at 4:00 PM. Funeral services for Charlie will be held at the funeral home on Monday at 11:00 AM with Pastor Mark Granger officiating. Interment will follow in Dresden Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Health Services of Coshocton County “Hospice” and/or Shriners Hospital for Children, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
