Charles "Charlie" Cawley

Charles “Charlie” R. Cawley, 67, of Coshocton passed away Thursday September 17, 2015 at the Coshocton County Memorial Hospital. He was born in Charleston, S.C on October 23, 1947 to the late George and Mary (Hinson) Cawley.
Charlie served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He loved hunting, fishing, and being outdoors.
Charlie is survived by his wife Marie (Trussel) Cawley whom he married February 14, 1979; children Charles E. (Laura) Cawley and Faye Cawley both of Coshocton; brother Bob (Lavern) Cawley of S.C.; sisters June Snyder and Linda Cawley both of N.Y.; close family friend Tara Thomas; seven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Along with his parents he is preceded in death by a grandson Allan Truex.
Friends may call at the Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton on Sunday September 20, 2015 from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM. The Coshocton County Veterans Council will be performing military honors at 5:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be directed toward the Wounded Warrior Project, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
