Clarence Hardesty

September 22, 1944 — December 8, 2020

Clarence O. Hardesty, 76, of Coshocton passed away Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at his home.  He was born in Fresno, Ohio on September 22, 1944 to the late Telford O. and Mammie V. (Eaton) Hardesty.

Clarence worked at Ansel Edmonts for 31 years before retiring.  He enjoyed woodworking and sitting on his front porch watching traffic.

Clarence is survived by his wife, Marcia (Parry) Hardesty, who he married November 2, 1974; children Tammy (Steve) Brown, Tina (Mick) Williams, and Zachary Hardesty; grandchildren Marissa Nieves, Brandon (Breanna) Smith, Allison and Emily Williams, and Zoe Hardesty; great grandchildren Benjamin and Kaiden; sister Shirley Shutt; sister-in-law Judy Keirns; his special buddy, Oliver; and the Dixon Family.

Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his first wife, Thelma Hardesty and grandson Chance Williams.

Friends may call at the Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main Street, Coshocton, Ohio 43812 on Thursday December 10, 2020 from 5:00pm – 7:00pm and one hour prior to the funeral service.  Funeral services will be held Friday at 11:00am with Pastor Mark Granger officiating.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be directed towards the National Kidney Foundation or Community Hospice.
