Debra K Phillabaum

Debra K. Phillabaum, 65, of Coshocton passed away on Wednesday January 11, 2023, at her home.

Debra was born in Coshocton on October 7, 1957, to the late Arthur J. and E. Jane (Whyde) Neldon.

She graduated from Coshocton High School in the class of 1976 and working at Johnsons Manufacturing, Annin Flag Company and Ohio Plastic’s in Frazeysburg, Ohio.

Debra enjoyed collecting anything “Scooby-Doo, loved spending time with her family and friends, most knew her to be a loving Free Spirit.

She is survived by her two sons David (Katie) Phillabaum of Coshocton and Colt (Kayla) Phillabaum of Mineral City, Ohio; grandchildren Alexx Phillabaum, Brayden Kociuruba, Roselynn, Oakylnn and Allie Phillabaum; numerous nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her sisters Sue C. Bradford and Jayne Lynn Madison.

Per Debra’s wishes a cremation will take place and a private family service will be held at a later date.
