Elaine Harper

Janice "Elaine" Harper, 64, of Coshocton passed away Saturday, January 25, 2025 at Riverside Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation in Newcomerstown. She was born in Coshocton. Ohio on September 6, 1960.

Elaine worked at various restaurants in Coshocton as a waitress, including Spitler's and The Warehouse. She was very involved with AA and NA recovery programs. She enjoyed watching Court TV and keeping up with her friends on Facebook.

Elaine is survived by her longtime companion of almost 30 years, Robert "Spanky" Vickers; son Jason (Melody) Blanchard; brother Ron Jones; father James "Jim" Jones; sister Christie (Shawn) McVay; grandchildren Ethan Patterson and Maizy Starns; niece Alicia McVay; nephews Jared and Justin McVay; and great nephews LeRoy, Kolesyn, and Brisen.

She is preceded in death by her mother Rose (Fuller) Jones; sons James "JR" and Shawn Patterson.

Per Elaines wishes a cremation will take place and there will be no services.
