Life Legacy

Evelyn L. Vickers, 77 of Coshocton passed away at her home on Sunday March 4, 2012. Evelyn was born to the late Gerald and Geneva (Maple) Fitch in Coshocton County on December 7, 1934. She graduated from Coshocton High School, retired from General Electric and was past president of AMVETS Auxillary. Survived by her husband Donald A. Vickers who she married August 7, 1954; two children Robert Lee Vickers of Coshocton and Julie Ann Vickers of Coshocton; a granddaughter Tracy Vickers of Coshocton; four great grandchildren; two brothers Ed (Barb) Fitch and Jack (Dawn) Fitch Coshocton; two sisters Carol (Ralph) Reed of Leetonia, OH and Joyce (Larry) Carroll of AZ; several nieces and nephews. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her brother Raymond Fitch. A private memorial service will be held at a later date, The Miller Funeral Home, Coshocton is serving the family.
