Frances E Carpenter

Frances E. Carpenter, 88, of Coshocton passed away at Coshocton County Memorial Hospital on Thursday April 28, 2016.
Frances was born in Morgantown, West Virginia on June 23, 1927 to the late John and Eura (Whited) Weaver.
She had worked for JC Penney’s in Coshocton for over thirty years and enjoyed quilting.
Frances is survived by her two children Van Carpenter of Columbus and Darla (Gary) Johnson of Fernandina Beach, FL; two granddaughters Lindsay and Leslie Carpenter of Columbus; one grandson Lyle (Tina) Johnson of Tamarac, FL; numerous nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Rexford Carpenter whom she married on November 23, 1946, Rexford passed away on February 13, 2002; grandson Todd Johnson who passed away on July 23, 2011; five brothers and one sister.
A graveside memorial service will be held in Valley View Cemetery, Warsaw, Ohio Wednesday May 4, 2016 at 10:00 AM with Pastor Charles Warren officiating.
