Helen Elizabeth Woods, 82, of Coshocton passed away Friday February 6, 2015 at the Coshocton County Memorial Hospital. She was born January 17, 1933 in West Chester, PA to the late Norman and Addie (Hunt) Woods.
Helen was a 1952 graduate of Coshocton High School and worked at The Roscoe Warehouse and Thomas’ Steakhouse as a waitress and manager for over 40 years. She is also a member of the Park United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her sister Elsie Loos; nieces Linda (Spence) Richcreek, Joanne (Greg) Gorski, and Marcia (Howard) Storm; nephews Jeffrey (Wendy) Loos, James (Kristy) Loos, Robert (Sharon) Woods, and Lester (Ginger) Moats Jr. Several great nieces, nephews and cousins.
Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her brother Norman Woods Jr.; sisters Miriam Moats and Edith Woods.
Friends may call at The Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton on Sunday February 8, 2015 from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM where funeral services will begin at 2:00 PM with Pastor Jeremy Roseberry officiating.
Interment will follow at Prairie Chapel Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Park United Methodist Church, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
