James Conrad Honnold, 89, of Coshocton went to his heavenly home on Sunday November 11, 2018 to be reunited with his loving wife Mary Patricia.
Jim was born in West Lafayette on May 4, 1929 to the late Walter and Erma (Mohr) Honnold.
Jim served in the Korean War in 1951-1952, he then married Mary Patricia (McNichols) Honnold in 1952. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Jim enjoyed being with family and playing cards, watching the Cleveland teams and watching The Ohio State University teams.
Together, Jim and Mary had five children, Kevin (Jayne) Honnold of Frankfort, OH, Mike Honnold of Coshocton, Kellie Honnold Eizensmits of Coshocton, Eric (Lisa) Honnold of Lecanto, FL; grandchildren Julie (C.C.), Lori (Kevin), Lyndsie (Casey), Kristen (Chris), Adam, Erin (Jeff), Emma (Geoffrey) and Jamie Maxwell; great grandchildren Alex, Evelyn, Wes, Maya and Kaelee Jade.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Mary Patricia; daughter Ann Marie Honnold Bowers; granddaughter Keely Jo Maxwell and his brother Dale Honnold.
Friends may call at The Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton on Wednesday November 14, 2018 from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM where a Wake Service will begin at 6:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Thursday at 10:30 AM with Father Don Franks officiating. Interment will follow in South Cemetery with Coshocton County Veterans Honor Guard performing military honors.
