Jason "Jay" Gibson

Jason "Jay" Robert Gibson Jr., 28, of Coshocton joined his father in heaven on Friday, February 21, 2025 due to an automobile accident. He was born in Cleveland, OH on October 20, 1996.

Jay loved his family more than anything. He had a passion for traveling and was always up for an adventure, whether it was fishing or camping with his loved ones. He lived every moment to the fullest, always testing his waters and embracing new experiences. His wife and kids were his world, and he protected them no matter what. Jay also had a deep love for music and cherished his siblings dearly. He accepted the Lord at a young age, and his faith was a guiding light in his life. Jay's adventurous spirit, devotion to his family, and love for life will always be remembered.

Jay is survived by his wife, Mattie and 4 beautiful children Mason, Jasovelle, Rollin, and Milo; his mother Jamie (Chris) Sutton- Williams, stepfather Montgomery Danny Ward, siblings Allysun Aslaksan, Gaby Gibson, Daisy Ward, Christian Gibson, Dominic Strader, and Jameson Gibson, grandparents Al and Leslie Speigle, Harry and Melanie Johnson; and many cousins, aunts, uncles, nices, nephews, family, and friends; chosen and blood.

Preceding him to heaven is his father Jason "Chico" Robert Gibson Sr., several grandparents, especially his "Grandpap", Donald Ward, who held special places in his heart.

Calling hours will be held at the Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton, OH 43812 on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 from 1:00pm - 3:00pm with funeral services beginning at 3:00pm with Pastor Andy Bird officiating. A cremation will take place following services.

Memorial contributions can be directed towards the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses; envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
