Life Legacy
Jay Michael Hamilton, age 47, passed away at his residence on Orchard St. in Coshocton on February 23rd unexpectedly. He was born on St. Patrick's Day, March 17th, 1964, to James and Bonnie (Ogle) Hamilton of Coshocton. He is survived by his father and two brothers, Jim (Nancy) Hamilton, and Jeff (Rebeka) Hamilton, all of Coshocton, two nieces, Jessica Bradley of San Diego, CA and Sara Hamilton of Coshocton, one nephew, Zachary Hamilton, of Blue Ridge, GA, and two step-nieces, Brandy Watson of Wamego, KS, and Rickelle Ninham of Canton, OH. He is now with his beloved mother.
Jay enjoyed visiting with everyone and playing games. For many years he accompanied his grandmother, Bernadine Ogle, and his mother to the Senior Center where he was given the honor of calling Bingo which he enjoyed very much. His uncanny ability to remember birthday dates of family and friends, and other special dates, still amaze all that came in contact with Jay. He will be missed by family and friends.
In the last few years of his life, the workshop at Hopewell Industries gave Jay great pride in accomplishing lifelong goals and obtaining many new friendships.
The Miller Funeral Home, Coshocton is assisting the family with private arrangements.
