Jean Ann Bennett, 52, of Coshocton lost her courageous battle with ovarian cancer on November 11, 2011 while at home where she had been since dismissal from OSU Hospital with her loving husband Sam and baby sister Fawnda by her side as she breathed her last breath on earth and her first in Jesus's loving arms. Jean Ann was born in Coshocton to Robert E. and Roberta Ann Fouch on June 24, 1959. She had one true love of her life, her husband, soul mate, best friend Sam. They met while in high school and at their church and were married on June 25, 1977. Jean Ann never knew a stranger, was a friend to anyone she came in contact with. She worked at various doctor's offices, Dr. Kim, Dr. Stelzner, Dr. Silversteen, Hospice of Coshocton County and Family Physicians is where she was employed before her last sickness. She loved her family, her church family -New Beginnings Ministries in Warsaw and all of her friends she has made over the past 52 years. Jean Ann enjoyed shopping, scuba diving, reading books, attending family functions and watching her son Sammy Bennett play basketball for the Hopewell Indians Ball Team. She is survived by her husband Sam Bennett; children Joanie Bennett and Sammy Bennett of the home; mother Roberta Ann Fouch of Coshocton; sisters Peggy Stevens and Colleen (Shane) Borden both of Coshocton and Fawnda (Joel) Stahl of Gambier; several nieces and nephews; mother in law Wilma Bennett of Coshocton; sister in law Debbie (Ron) Brown of Coshocton. Jean Ann is preceded in death by her father Robert E. Fouch and father in law Arthur S. Bennett. Friends may call at The Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St. Coshocton on Monday November 14, 2011 from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM and one hour prior to the service on Tuesday. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday at 11:00 AM with Pastor Bill Dunfee officiating. Interment will follow in South Lawn Cemetery.
