Life Legacy
Jeanetta Bell McIntyre Watson Matthews, 75, of Coshocton passed away at her home on Saturday September 8, 2012 after a courageous battle with cancer. Jeanetta was born in Glasgow, Scotland on October 19, 1936 to the late James A. and Jeanetta (McIntyre) Watson. She graduated from the Newton Academy in Ayrshire, Scotland and retired from Pretty Products in 1988 after 20 years of service. Jeanetta lived in Ayr Ayrshire Scotland for 25 years before moving to Coshocton where she spent her last 50 years. She loved spending time with her family, visiting the senior center and playing bingo. Jeanetta is survived by her five daughters Anna Cox, Linda (Tom) Whitis, Mary Dreher, Cathy (Dave) Tubbs, and Patty D'Ostroph all of Coshocton; a brother James (Kathrine) Watson of Scotland; a sister Cathrine (Andy) Ewan of Scotland; grandchildren Jimmy Cox, Kristy Cox, TJ Whitis, Mike Whitis, Brian Tubbs, Derick D'Ostroph, David Tubbs, Amanda Tubbs, Randy D'Ostroph and Clay Tubbs; twelve great grandchildren; brother in law John Nisbet of Scotland; several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at The Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton on Tuesday September 11, 2012 from 6-8 PM and one hour prior to the memorial service on Wednesday. A memorial service will take place at the funeral home on Wednesday at 11:00 AM with Lloyd Tenney officiating. Interment will follow in South Lawn Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be directed to Health Services of Coshocton County "Hospice", envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
