Jeffrey Paul Mobley, 59, of Coshocton, passed away on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at Coshocton Regional Medical Center. He was born in Coshocton on July 14, 1961 to the late Raymond and Beverly (Billman) Mobley. Jeff worked at Buehler’s for 29 years in the Bakery department, then Walmart for 13 years. He had a countdown to retire in 22 months. On August 12, 2000, he married Becky (Mauderly) Mobley. He was a big Dallas Cowboys fan and enjoyed watching his children in their sporting events. He was an avid bowler and played through the Moose Lodge and a competitive baker, always entering in the Coshocton County Fair. He liked watching horse racing and going to the Muskingum County Race Way. He enjoyed the Andy Griffith Show, Gunsmoke and Match Game. He liked playing cards, especially 313. Most of all he loved spending time with his wife, Becky and his family.
Along with his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Sharon (Shawn Claypool) Mobley, Amanda (Tyler) Clark both of Zanesville and three sons, Dakota, Coalton and Christopher Mobley, all of Coshocton; special grandson, Kaiden and soon to be granddaughter Emma, step granddaughter, Brittany and great granddaughter, Isabella; as well as several aunts and uncles and a very special dog and companion, Sam.
Along with his parents, he preceded in death by his brother, Gary Mobley.
Calling hours will be at The Miller Funeral Home on Monday, January 4, 2021 from 5pm to 7pm.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the funeral home to help the family defray funeral expenses.
