Jeremy S Tumblin

May 13, 1986 — June 19, 2023

Jeremy S. Tumblin, 37, of Charleston, SC, formerly of Coshocton, OH, a spirited, loving, and friendly man, passed away on June 19, 2023, in Charleston, South Carolina, after a tragic accident. Born on May 13, 1986, in Coshocton, Ohio, Jeremy's zest for life and unwavering love for his family and friends will forever be remembered and celebrated.

Jeremy was the beloved son of Steve and Beth (Bordenkircher) Tumblin, who raised him with an abundance of love and support. He is survived by his two cherished children, his brothers Kyle (Katie) Tumblin of Elida, OH and Seth Tumblin of Dallas, TX, his adoring nephew Benjamin, and his lovely niece Olivia. Jeremy's grandparents, Chuck and Ann Bordenkircher of Coshocton, Ned Tumblin of Adamsville, and Donna Stiteler of Zanesville, as well as his devoted girlfriend, his true love, Allison Littlefield, was also an integral part of his life.  Jeremy was also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A proud graduate of Ridgewood High School in West Lafayette and the Ohio Fire Academy in Reynoldsburg, Ohio, Jeremy's passion for learning and dedication to fire service were of upmost importance.

Jeremy's interests were as diverse and vibrant as his personality. He loved going to the beach and ocean, where he found solace in the vastness and beauty of nature. An avid golfer and fisherman, Jeremy reveled in the challenge and excitement of honing his skills and sharing his love for the outdoors with others. As an enthusiastic Ohio State Buckeye fan, he enthusiastically cheered on his favorite team, embodying the spirit of camaraderie and sportsmanship.

In a world that often feels chaotic and uncertain, Jeremy's unwavering positive attitude and zest for life served as a reminder to focus on what truly matters: love, friendship, and the pursuit of happiness. His ability to make friends wherever he went, and his infectious laughter will be sorely missed, but the memories he created with those fortunate enough to have known him will remain etched in their hearts forever.

Though his time on this earth was tragically cut short, his spirit will live on in those who were fortunate enough to know him.

Rest in peace, Jeremy.
