Jim D. Weidger, 80, of Coshocton passed away at Truman Hospice House on Wednesday October 10, 2018 after a brief illness.
Jim was born in on July 2, 1938.
Jim and his late wife Mary owned and operated JW’s Electronics in Coshocton together for 47 years.
He loved everyone, especially his grandchildren, spending time with his family, was a hard worker always putting others before himself. Jim took pride in his business and always treated everyone fair. He enjoyed trips to Wheeling Island and playing cards on his computer.
Jim is survived by his two children Michael J. Weidger of Cincinnati and Linda Joy Weidger of Coshocton; four grandchildren; daughter in law Billie J. Weidger of Zanesville; several other family members.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Mary Weidger to whom he was married to for 56 years, Mary passed away on September 13, 2018; a son Bobby J. Weidger; and several brothers and sisters
Friends may call at The Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton on Tuesday October 16, 2018 from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM where funeral services will begin at 12:00 PM Noon with Pastor Mark Granger officiating. Interment will follow in Coshocton County Memorial Gardens.
