JoAnne Tisler, 60, of Coshocton passed away Tuesday December 30, 2014 at the Hospice Morrison House in Zanesville. She was born July 31, 1954 in Cleveland.
JoAnne worked as a custodian for Coshocton City Schools, volunteered with the EMT, Army Navy Lady Auxiliary, Boy Scouts, and the Pomerene Art Center. She was a member of the Coshocton Army Navy, Moose Lodge, Eagles, Garden Club, and OSTA.
JoAnne is survived by her children Johanna Strojin, Jessica Tisler, and Peter Tisler; mother Ann Scerbik; grandchildren Krystina Strojin and Sean Treadway; great-grandchildren Elizabeth-Ann and Rose Ann Hardy; brother Anthony (Janice) Strojin; significant other Jerry Kohman; and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her father, Anthony Strojin and step-father Richard Churpek.
Friends may call at The Miller Funeral Home 639 Main St., Coshocton Saturday January 3, 2015 from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM where funeral services will begin at 11:00 AM.
