Judith Mae (Linn) Linn

Judith Mae Linn, 73, of Cambridge passed away at Southeastern Ohio Regional Medical Center in Cambridge on Saturday January 7, 2023.

Judi was born in Prestonsburg, Kentucky on October 2, 1949, to the late Gerald A. and Lydia Ruth (Lafferty) Linn.

She graduated from Cambridge High School and went on to work in the service industry, serving many years at Cracker Barrel and Hills Department Store in Cambridge, Ohio. Judi also worked as a Pharmacy Technician at Rite Aid Pharmacy in Cambridge.

An animal lover all her life, she always had dogs and treated them as family. She instilled this love and kindness for animals in her children and grandchildren. For the last 17 years of her life, Judi had a special Dachshund named Bayly who was her entire world. He was her companion and best friend. We know she is finally reunited with Bayly and all the pets she cared for in her lifetime.

Judi also loved drawing, painting, crafts, and music - especially Rod Stewart and Bob Segar. She had a great sense of humor and loved making people laugh. She created a Facebook group called Sassy Seniors that has grown to over 35,000 people. She and her senior friends would share humor, inspiration, and advice in the group. Judi will be greatly missed by her friends, family, and all who knew her.

Judi is survived by her children Misty (Jeremy) Dawson, Shaun (Stefanie) Hough and Wendi Mosley; stepdaughter Tammie (Samuel) Brown; grandchildren Paige Hough, Dylan Hough, Savannaha, Destiny and Morgan Dawson; sister Donna J. Greene and cousin Dian Quincey.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother-in-law Larry A. Greene.

Per Judi's wishes, a cremation will take place and a celebration of life will be held with immediate family.
