Judith A Swank

Judith “Judy” Ann Swank, 71, of Coshocton passed away Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at Genesis Hospital in Zanesville.  She was born in Coshocton, Ohio on December 17, 1949 to the late Gail and Margaret (West) Darner.

Judy graduated from Tri-Valley High School and took her training to become and LPN at Good Samaritan and also attended Midwestern Baptist. She worked as an LPN in various different facilities. Most recently she worked at the Village Market. She is a member of the Victory Baptist Church where she enjoyed teaching Sunday school and her lady’s meetings. Judy also enjoyed garage sales, shopping with her sisters, watching the birds, sudoku, puzzles and the various activities at the nursing home.

Judy is survived by her husband of 45 years, Gary Swank Sr.; son Gary Swank Jr; sisters Dixie (Larry) Lillibridge, Sandy (the late Bob Minor) Minor, Tammy (Gary) Hughes; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Judy’s family would like to thank her best friend Barb Durben, Ann Baker, and Pat Howard for sending cards and being so caring to Judy over the past couple years.

Calling hours will be held at the Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main Street, Coshocton, Ohio 43812 on Wednesday July 28, 2021 from 10:00am – 11:00am with funeral services beginning at 11:00am with Pastor Ralph Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at South Lawn Cemetery.
