Kyle Jay Bookless, 48, of Coshocton, passed away on April 24, 2022 unexpectedly. He was born on October 10, 1973 in Zanesville to Bernard and Linda (Vance) Bookless, who survive. He was a 1992 graduate of River View High School. He attended Hocking College where he obtained his Paramedic and Firefighter certificate. He went on to have a career with the City of Newark Fire Department until his retirement. Kyle was a proud firefighter and his coworkers were more like family to him. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and spending time with his family.
Along with his parents, he is survived by his children, Talon (Hannah) Bookless and Brody (Kiana) Bookless; siblings, Kevin (Carolee) Bookless, Kelly (Troy) Fender and Kurt (Shelia) Bookless; significant other, Stephanie Howell and best friends, Mike Perkins and John Kohllar; along with several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Kyle is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents and paternal grandparents.
Calling hours will be at The Miller Funeral Home on Thursday, April 28, 2022 from 11am to 2pm. The Miller-Kaser Cremation Services will be assisting the funeral home.
