Leanna Jo Marie Kapolka

Infant Leanna Jo Marie Kapolka, passed away on Saturday October 15, 2011 at Coshocton County Memorial Hospital. Leanna is survived by her parents Chad E. Kapolka and Amber M. Hardesty both of Coshocton; grandparents Lisa (Tim) Albaugh and Denise Kapolka all of Coshocton; uncles Damieon, Kevin Hardesty and Chris Albaugh all of Coshocton, Tim Albaugh of TN; aunt Tina (Brian Bradford) Kapolka of West Lafayette; cousins Alexia Hardesty, Kiana and Kadin Bradford, Caine and Elise Albaugh all of Coshocton; great grandparents and several other family and friends. Private family memorial services will be held at The Miller Funeral Home, Coshocton.
