Lois Hamilton, 87, of Coshocton passed away on May 1, 2014 at her home surrounded by family.
She was born in Coshocton on June 7, 1926 to the late Fred and Gertrude (Miller) Lutz.
She graduated from Conesville High School and was a member of Clark Township Baptist Church. Her interests were family, church, cosmetology, quilting, and her many friends.
Lois is survived by her two sons, Mike (Colleen) Hamilton and Stephen (Sharon) Hamilton both of Coshocton; best friend and longtime companion Marvin Pew; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Along with her parents she is preceded in death by husband Paul “Ozzie” Hamilton; son Brent Hamilton; sisters Dorothy Stucky, Mary Bowen and Jean Peters; great grandchildren Brock Hamilton, Ashley Hamilton, and Cody Hughes.
A graveside funeral service will take place at Coshocton County Memory Gardens on Monday May 5, 2014 at 1:00 PM with Pastor Randy Gardiner officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to Health Services of Coshocton County “Hospice”, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
