Marcus J. Watson, 23, of Warsaw passed away on Wednesday October 7, 2020.
He was born in Coshocton on December 14, 1996, graduated from River High School in the class of 2015 and was currently employed at Bakerwell, working on the service rigs in Killbuck.
Marcus had a contagious smile, made all of his friends and family laugh, and was a true friend to all he knew. He would help anyone he could. He loved being outdoors, back roading, shooting, listening to music and spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his mother Laura Cannon and father Scott Cannon; sisters Serenity Cannon and Francesca Masala; brothers Garrett Cannon, Rune Kirkegaard and Andrea Berteletti; birth father Darren (Jodi) Watson; siblings Anthony Watson, Darren Watson Jr., Kamiah Watson, Xavier Watson, Aliyan Watson, Zion Watson, Ethan Boni, Alyssa Boni and Nicholas Bennett; grandparents Bill and Ann Darr and Dorothy Cannon; aunts Tina (Dave) Hampshire and Vanessa Treadway; uncles Larry (Tiffany) Cannon and Philip (Brandi) Darr; and Marcus’s two best friends Andrew Haines and Dusty Medley.
Marcus is preceded in death by his grandfather Larry Cannon.
Friends may call at The Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton on Sunday October 11, 2020 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and one hour prior to the service on Monday. Funeral services for Marcus will be held at the funeral home on Monday at 2:00 PM with Pastor Dave Fowls officiating. Interment will follow in Spring Mountain Cemetery, Warsaw.
Friends and family that are unable to attend can view the funeral service live on The Miller Funeral Home Facebook page Monday at 2:00 PM.
Marcus would want everyone, planning to attend to please dress casual, come as you are.
Due to COVID-19, visitors coming to the funeral must wear their own masks and we will be limiting the number of visitors inside the building.
Memorial contributions may be directed to River View Track, 26496 SR 60 N, Warsaw, Ohio 43844; envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
