Margaret H. Hill, 95, of Coshocton passed away on Sunday March 6, 2016 at Signature Health Care in Coshocton.
Margaret was born in Coshocton County outside of West Lafayette on January 16, 1921 to the late William and Mary Pearl (Moody) Haynes.
She had spent a portion of her life in Montgomery County, Ohio where she was the Clerk of Courts for many years. Then, she and her husband George settled back here in Coshocton for their retirement years.
Margaret is survived by her two children G. Douglas (Catherine Donnis) Hill of Berlin, VT and Janet Hill of Newark; a special sister-in-law Amy Haynes of Fresno; numerous nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband George P. Hill, whom she married on June 1, 1946, George passed away in November of 1998; nine brothers and sisters.
Friends may call at The Miller Funeral Home on Thursday March 10, 2016 from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM where funeral services will begin at 2:00 PM with Pastor Mark Brodbeck officiating. A private family interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Fresno.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the Salvation Army, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
