Mary A. Shaw, 65, of Coshocton passed away at her home on Friday April 11, 2014 after a brief illness.
Mary was born in Coshocton on October 24, 1948 to the late Charles E. Shaw and Dora M. (Johnson) Ulrich.
She attended Ridgewood High School and worked as a waitress and taxi dispatcher. She loved spending time with her family and friends. Mary always went out of her way to help others.
She is survived by her two daughters Maggie (Gerald) Kennedy and Carol (Wayne Blankenship) Shaw both of Coshocton; four grandchildren Tasha (Aaron) Slaughter, Hannah Shaw, Billy (Jayme) Mounts and Dwayne Blankenship; great grandchildren Alivia Day, Aadon Slaughter, Bella, Zoey, Landen Mounts, Mickey, Gaige, Skylar, Brody and Charleigh Blankenship; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother Alan Shaw and grandson Nickelous Blankenship.
Friends may call at The Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton on Wednesday April 16, 2014 from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM where funeral services will begin at 2:00 PM with Pastor Brian Kittner officiating. Interment will follow in Franklin Township Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Miller Funeral Home, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
