Matthew D. Holdsworth, 34, of Warsaw passed away on Monday June 6, 2016.
Matt was born in Fort Worth, Texas on March 6, 1982.
He graduated from River View High School. Matt was a free spirit, he was a friend to everyone he met. He loved hunting, fishing, spending time outdoors and was a devoted father to his two children.
Matt is survived by his wife Amanda R. Holdsworth; two children Miley R. and Deegan M. Holdsworth; parents Greg and Kathy Holdsworth of Warsaw; a brother Eric (Andrea Shivers) Holdsworth of Cambridge; a grandmother Mary Holdsworth of Warsaw. He is preceded in death by his grandparents Charles Holdsworth, Kenneth and Katherine Wood.
A memorial service will be held at the Coshocton Church of Christ, 1800 Chestnut St., Coshocton on Saturday June 11, 2016 at 3:00 PM with Lloyd Tenney officiating. Calling hours will be held one hour prior to the service.
Burial of Matt’s cremated remains will be held at a later date in South Lawn Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses.
