Michael "Mike" A Hamilton

Michael A. “Mike” Hamilton, 70, of Coshocton passed away at The Ohio State University Hospital on Thursday January 4, 2018. Mike was born in Coshocton on August 18, 1947 to the late Paul “Ozzie” and Lois (Lutz) Hamilton.
Mike enjoyed playing golf, fishing and was a member of the American Legion Post #65. After High School, he started working at the Coshocton Water Department and retired from the City of Coshocton as the Utilities Director.
He is survived by his wife Patricia Colleen (Stephens) Hamilton whom he married April 15, 1995; four children Wendy (Tom) Shearn of New Castle, Jeff Hamilton of Coshocton, Chad Hamilton of Warsaw and Michael Dewey Hamilton of Coshocton; step daughter Megan Carpenter of Coshocton; ten grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; one brother Stephen (Sharon) Hamilton of Coshocton; numerous nieces and nephews.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother Brent Hamilton; grandson Cody Hughes and niece Ashley Hamilton.
Per Mike’s wishes, a cremation will take place.
