Pamela Patterson

April 5, 1953 — September 13, 2023

Pamela S. Patterson, of Coshocton passed away Wednesday evening, September 13, 2023, at home due to complications of ALS. Pamela was born on Easter Sunday April 5, 1953, in Coshocton to the late Harry Q. and Betty (Dulaney) Arnold; Her dad always said instead of passing out cigars, he passed out chocolate bunnies. Pam was a 1971 graduate of Coshocton High School. Pam worked at Buehler’s as a cashier in high school, where she met Kenneth Patterson. They married on September 3rd, 1971, recently celebrating 52 years of marriage.

Pam spent several years as a homemaker and mother after marriage before working in retail management in California at Wilson’s Suede and Leather and then settling back down in Coshocton to work at Bank One / Chase in West Lafayette for many years. She also worked several years at the Board of Elections during election time. Pam’s love of her family was without bounds and her time with them was spent on family vacations, sporting events for her children & grandchildren, weekend trips and holiday gatherings. She never missed an opportunity to care for them in sickness, the birth of a grandchild or an excuse to give hugs to those who call her Nana. In her spare time, she loved to quilt with her friends, cross-stitch, reading and riding in her convertible with Ken.

Pam is survived by her children: Stacey (Chuck) Hirsch of Tallmadge, OH; and Corey (McCamie) Patterson of Frederick, MD; grandchildren Logan and McKenna Hirsch, and Owen Patterson; her sister, Sheri (Richard) Lyons and brother, Christopher (Jan) Arnold, along with a niece, nephew and several cousins.
