Phyllis M Smith

Phyllis M. Smith, 56, of West Lafayette passed away on Saturday August 15, 2020.  She was born in Coshocton on June 8, 1964 to the late William “Bill” Noon and Ruth Ann (Mobley) Noon.  Phyllis graduated from Coshocton High School and the Coshocton County Career Center; she was currently working for Alpha Home Care.

She loved riding motorcycles, camping, fishing and spending time outdoors with family and friends.

Phyllis is survived by her two children Tiffeny (Brian) Wilson of West Lafayette and Blake Babcock of Coshocton; four grandchildren Nicole Wilson, Johnny Noon, Brian Wilson and Blayten Young; fiancé Thomas Fletcher of West Lafayette; five sisters Jackie (Alan) Mason of Fresno, Andi (Bob) Taylor of Trinway, Yolanda (Gary) Ashcraft of Coshocton, June (Jerry) Roof of Coshocton and Lou Ann McIntire of Warsaw; x-husband Brett Babcock of Conesville; numerous nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Jim Smith and one sister Roxanne Harding.

Per Phyllis’s wishes a cremation will take place.

Friends may call at The Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton on Thursday August 20, 2020 from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM.

Due to Covid-19, we are requiring visitors coming to the funeral home to wear their own face masks and we will be limiting the number of attendees inside the building.
