Regina S. Tocash, 71, of Gahanna,Ohio, formerly of Coshocton passed away on July 2, 2015 at her home surrounded by family.
She was born in Martins Ferry, Ohio on September 30, 1943 to the late Frank and Nellie (Harvilla) Sands. She was a graduate of St. Johns Central Bellaire High School and was a nurse for Echoing Hills and Lafayette Meadows for many years.
Regina is survived by her significant other Chester Phillibaum Sr. of Gahanna; sons Ronald (Teresa) Tocash of Gahanna,, Thomas (Beverly) Tocash of Noblesville, IN, Rick (Carey) Tocash of Marengo, OH, Michael (Christina) Tocash of Cincinnati, OH; daughters Lori Timmons of Kent, OH, Lisa (Joseph) Mickunas of Galena, OH and Stefanie Woda of Hilliard, OH; sister Carol (Robert) Kidd of North Olmsted, OH; thirteen grandchildren. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her brother David Sands.
Friends may call at The Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton on Tuesday July 7, 2015 from 4:00 PM-7:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 805 Main St., Coshocton on Wednesday at 10:30 AM with Father Home Blubaugh officiating. Interment will follow in Coshocton County Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the James Cancer Research Hospital, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
