Robbin W Taylor

September 19, 1942 — June 13, 2016

Robbin W. Taylor, 73, of Coshocton passed away on Monday June 13, 2016 at the Cleveland Clinic.  He was born in Martins Ferry on September 19, 1942 to the late Lottie (Fish) Taylor.

After high school Robbin began working in the oil field, drove truck, and was a mechanic.  His most recent job was as a boiler maker for Cleveland Local 744, he worked there for over 30 years before retiring.  He was also a member of the Victory Baptist Church and the Masonic Lodge, where he was a Past Master.  He loved working on and restoring old cars, attending car shows, and working on model airplanes.

He is survived by his loving wife, Pamela (Fisher) Taylor whom he married June 20, 1976; sisters Sue Glosser and Lisa Crossley; sister-in-law Jo Ann (Richard Klien) Fisher; close friends Larry and Wilma Marlatt and Ben and Kitty Jennings; his feline friend, Snowy; and several nieces and nephews.

Along with his mother he is preceded in death by his son James M. “Mike” Taylor; step father Victor Taylor brother Lynn Taylor; sister Kathrine Lapp; and brother-in-laws Arthur Lapp and Carl Glosser.

Friends may call at the Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton on Thursday June 16, 2016 from 5:00PM – 7:00PM and one hour prior to the funeral service.

Masonic services will begin at 7:00 PM on Thursday at the conclusion of calling hours.

Funeral services for Robbin will be held on Friday at 1:00PM with Pastor Ralph Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at Prairie Chapel Cemetery.

Memorial contributions can be directed towards the Coshocton County Animal Shelter.
