Robert L Mcfarland

Robert “Bob” McFarland,80, of Warsaw died peacefully, surrounded by his family at home, on April 15th, 2020. He was born in Brinkhaven, OH on September 4th, 1939 to the late Lloyd and Ruth (Pigman) McFarland.

Bob served in the United States Army from 1958 to 1964. He retired from Peabody Surface Mine and National Gas and Oil.

Bob is survived by his wife of 59 years, Rosemary McFarland of Warsaw; children Ron (Jenn) McFarland of Warsaw, Randy (Maria) McFarland of Coshocton, Rick (Jody) McFarland of Warsaw, and Renee (Richard) Conrad of Warsaw; brother George (Karol) McFarland and sister Ruby (Larry) Groves. Bob was grandpa to 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren with one on the way.

Along with his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his sisters Ann & Betty, and brothers Milton, Jim and Donny.

A Graveside service will be held for Bob at 1pm on Saturday April 18th, 2020 in Valley View Cemetery, Warsaw with Pastor Robert Wright officiating. Memorial Contributions may be directed to Community Hospice, 716 Commercial Avenue SW, New Philadelphia, OH 44663.
