Rose M. Jones, 82, of Coshocton passed away Saturday September 24, 2016 at Walnut Grove Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Dayton, OH on January 17, 1934 to the late Harley and Mildred (Lockwood) Fuller.
Rose is a member of the Burt Avenue Wesleyan Church, she worked as a waitress and at RHDD for many years and volunteered as a foster grandparent. Rose was a very kind person and loved to volunteer and help people and she loved her community.
She is survived by her son Ron Jones of Coshocton; daughters Elaine (Robert Vickers) Harper of Coshocton and Christie (Shawn) McVay of Coshocton; five grandchildren; two great grandchildren; brothers Lloyd (Carol) Fuller of Cincinnati and Kenneth (Marilyn) Fuller of Conesville; sister Doris (John) Smith of Coshocton; former husband James Jones of Coshocton; and several nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents, Rose is preceded in death by her grandson Shawn Dwyane Patterson; brothers Myron and Dale Fuller; sisters Mary Smith and Delores Blair; and two infant sisters Margaret and Imogene Fuller.
Friends may call at The Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton on Wednesday September 28, 2016 from 11:00AM – 1:00PM with funeral services beginning at 1:00PM with Pastor Rod Uhlig officiating.
Burial will follow in South Lawn Cemetery.
Memorial contributions can be made towards Health Services of Coshocton County “Hospice” and/or Burt Avenue Wesleyan Church, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
