Roy Junior Pasmore

Roy Junior Pasmore, 81, of Coshocton passed away at Coshocton County Memorial Hospital on Thursday February 27, 2014.
Roy was born in Yosemite, Kentucky on February 17, 1933 to the late Roy and Lucy (Lanham) Pasmore Lawhorn. He served in the United States Air Force, he loved to read, enjoyed being with his friends and family, and loved spending time out on his property. Roy was a member of ARHA, UKC, NKC, Tick Ridge and Coshocton County Beagle Clubs, Coshocton Eagles, American Legion and was Past President of I.B.E.W Union. He had worked at AEP Conesville Plant and retired from Clow Water Systems.
He is survived by his sons Mike (Donna) Pasmore of Harrison, OH, Tim (Teresa) Pasmore of Harrison, OH and Roger (Ginny) Machamer of Coshocton; a daughter Janet (Scott) Wood of Coshocton; nine grandchildren Aaron (Tess), Brittany (Justin), Cayla, Dallas, Betsi, Jennifer (Jimmy) Lisa Marie, Melissa and Lisa (Laytham); great grandchildren Kaison, Hayden, Taylor, Brady, Devawn, Kaden and Gracelynn; one brother Chester (Vi) Richardson of Cincinnati, OH; a sister Sadie Clark of North Bend, OH; lifelong friend Max Thornsley; and other extended family members Aaron, Cissy, Desiree, Heather, Jon, Krista, Bud, Marsha, Kim, Tucker and the beagle community.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his infant son; daughter Cathy Pasmore; three brothers Gene, Donnie and Billy; and step father Jack Lawhorn.
Friends may call at The Miller Funeral Home, on Wednesday March 5, 2014 from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM and one hour prior to the service on Thursday. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Thursday at 11:00 AM with Rev. Jonathan T. Carlisle officiating. Interment will follow in South Lawn Cemetery where Coshocton County Veterans Honor Guard will be performing military honors.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the American Cancer Society, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
