Ruth Isabelle Cox

Ruth Isabelle Cox, 88, of Coshocton passed away at Select Specialty Hospital in Newark on Monday December 5, 2022.

Ruth was born in Duncan Falls, Ohio on September 10, 1934.

In her earlier years, she worked at Pretty Products, Windsorwood, and was a dedicated Home Health Aide for Interim Home Health in Coshocton.  Ruth was also very active at the AMVETS and was a member of AMVETS Ladies Auxiliary.

Ruth is survived by her son Troy (Jamie) Cox of Strasburg, Ohio; daughter in law Cheryl Cox of Coshocton; grandchildren Susan Cox, Jodi Bechtol, Ami Cox, Tiffany Cox, Robbie Cox, Angela Guthrie, Dustin, and Andrew Cox; numerous great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Cox who passed away in 1993 and a son Robert Joseph Cox who passed away in 2021.

Friends may call at The Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton, on Thursday December 8, 2022, from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM where funeral services will begin at 1:00 PM with Pastor Steve Young officiating.

Interment will follow in South Lawn Cemetery.
