Teddy Angulo

Our Beloved Son Teddy Angulo Jr., of Coshocton passed away on September 27, 2023 at his home at the age of 37. SSG (ret.) Teddy Walter Angulo Jr., Beloved son of Gina Toth (Cook) and Teddy Walter Angulo Sr. was born 11 March 1986 in San Diego, California. Teddy was a veteran of the United States Army (2005-2016) and served four overseas deployments as an Infantryman, three of which were combat tours to Iraq and Afghanistan. During his service Teddy earned the following decorations. Combat Infantryman Badge (CIB), Afghanistan Campaign Medal w/campaign star//Iraq Campaign Medal w/two campaign stars.// Army Commendation Medal (4th award)//Army Achievement Medal (2nd award)//Meritorious Unit Commendation. Valorous Unit Award. Army Good Conduct Medal (3rd award). National Defense Service medal. Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Korea Defense Service Medal.

Teddy was a beloved friend, father and step father to his six children; Tristian, Julian, Leah and Dawson Angulo and Skyleigh & Ashlynn Tipton. Teddy took so much pride in his children, whether it was watching Tristian wrestle, Julian play basketball and football or watching Leah and Dawson grow and play. While also enjoying time with Sky and Ashlynn. The love Teddy has for his children cannot be extinguished even with his passing.

Teddy is survived by his mother Gina (Pete) Toth (Cook) and Father Teddy Angulo Sr.; his children Tristian, Julian, Leah and Dawson Angulo; Siblings Antonia Angulo (Nathan Maynard) & Samantha Cottrill, Mark, Justin, TJ, Laura, Dakota & Jordan Angulo; Grandmother Maria Angulo & Grandfather Ronnie Cook; Uncle Micheal (Kelly) Padilla; Cousins Krystal (Matt) LaPrade, Alex, Lana, Gemma, Francisco Lieras. Dainelle (Robby) Emerson, Haleigh Angulo and Brittany Funk.

He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Rosemarie “Nana” Cook, Grandfather Walter Angulo, & Cousin Jennifer Deras.

Graveside services will be held at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery on Thursday, October 5, 2023 at 12:45pm, to line up in Lane 1. The address for the cemetery is 10175 Rawiga Road Seville, Ohio 44273.
