Terry Mizer, 75, of Coshocton, passed away on Sunday, September 17, 2023 at Lafayette Pointe. He was born on September 22, 1947 in Coshocton to the late Willoghby “Grandy” and Evelyn (Hammersley) Mizer. He was a graduate of Ridgewood High School. He worked at Pretty Products until his retirement. On June 16, 1990, he married Judy (Smith) Mizer, who survives. He loved collecting diecast cars and supporting Ohio sports teams. He watched the Ohio State Buckeyes, Cleveland Browns and the Cleveland Guardians. He loved his companions, his dogs, Remi and Booboo.
Along with his wife, he is survived by his children, Kirk Mizer of Coshocton and Mackenzie (Reed) Mizer of Newark; grandchildren, Aleea, Charisma, Izek and Addison Mizer; Siblings, Dixie Shryock of Newark and Linda Stark of Coshocton; aunt, Betty Parks; brother and sisters-in-law, Marilyn (Bob) Hall, Dean (Penny) Smith, Keith (Sandy) Smith, Linda (Alvin) Hostetler, Dixie (Ben) Wilson, Rick (Mary) Smith and Randy (Jennifer) Smith as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers-in-law, Max Shryock and Larry Smith and mother and father-in-law, George and Pauline Smith.
A cremation will take place with the Miller-Kaser Cremation Services.
