Thelma Timmons, 69, of West Lafayette passed away Thursday June 11, 2015 at her home surrounded by family.
She was born in Lancaster, Ohio on October 3, 1945 to the late Harry and Gertrude (Hanley) Ogg. Thelma worked at many different places throughout her life including Anchor Hocking, Rubber Maid, and Jones Zylon. She is a member of the Church of Christ and Christian Union, Newcomerstown, Ohio.
She is survived by her children Christina (Randy) Hahn, Tim (Cheryl) Martin, Shirley (Dale) Busi, Eugene Timmons, Brian (Arlene) Timmons, Betina (Bryan) Timmons, and Allen (Heather) Timmons; Extended family Sandy Green, Heather Green, and Brian “Huggie” Weingarth; brother Joe and Warren Ogg; sisters Pauline (Bob) Lytle, Tess Brison, Diane and Brenda Ogg; Several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren nieces and nephews. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Timmons; sons Ronnie Martin and David Timmons; grandchildren Brian, Jason, Sheena, Robert Timmons, and Edwin Martin; siblings Alfred (Carolyn), Richard (Missy), Gerald (Joyce), Phillip, and Terry Ogg, and Mary (Pat Collins).
Friends may call at the Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton on Monday June 15, 2015 from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM with funeral service beginning at 7:00 PM with Pastor Jim Reed officiating.
Burial of cremated remains will take place at a later time in Fairfield Cemetery, West Lafayette.
