Todd Hampton, 53, of Newcomerstown passed away January 5, 2018 in Clearwater, Florida. He was born in Coshocton on April 18, 1964.
Todd graduated from Coshocton High School and West Liberty University. After college he served 8 years in the United States Navy. He worked as a crane operator for IUOE Local 18 for more than 20 years. He was a member of the Coshocton Army Navy. He loved to ride motorcycles, shoot guns, watch football, and play golf.
He is survived by his wife, Therese (Shalosky) Hampton, whom he married December 31, 1999; father Donald (Diana) Hampton of Coshocton; step daughters Nicole Peoples and Candace (Jeremy) Houston both of Newcomerstown; step grandsons David Peoples and Hunter Houston; brother Tory Hampton of South Carolina; step brother Eric Aronhalt of Conesville; step sisters Melissa (Kenny) McVicker of Killbuck and Julie (Craig) Henderson of Loudenville; uncle Jerry (Cheryl) Hampton; cousins Jeff and Steve Hampton; brother-in-laws David Shalosky Jr., Vaughn, Randall, Travis, and Gregg (Sierra) Shalosky all of Newcomerstown; and sister-in-law Lorinda (Dan) Kinsey of Newcomerstown.
Todd is preceded in death by his mother Catherine (Morris) Hampton; mother-in-law Laura Shalosky; grandma Laura Faye Carr Hampton and granddaughter Mia Peoples.
Friends may call at the Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main Street, Coshocton, Ohio 43812 on Saturday, February 3, 2018 from 12:00pm – 2:00pm with a memorial service beginning at 2:00pm with Pastor Mark Granger officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be directed towards the Coshocton Army Navy, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
