Wanda Steed

Wanda M. Steed, 78, of Newcomerstown passed away Sunday, February 11, 2024 at the Ohio State Wexner Medical Center in Columbus. She was born in Coshocton, Ohio on January 4, 1946 to the late James and Wilma (Hilton) Holskey.
Wanda had worked at Edmonts for many years prior to going to Kraft Foods for 25 years before retiring. She enjoyed mushroom hunting, working in her flower beds, reading, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.  She was an animal lover, but especially loved her dogs, Maggie and Daisy.
Wanda is survived by her husband, Eugene Steed of Newcomerstown; daughters Tina (Jack) Sharier of Fresno, James Wolfe of Coshocton, Richard Middaugh of London, OH, and Michelle Klein of Newcomerstown; grandchildren Patrick (Doug Hanna) Sharier, Patty Sharier, Debbie Powers, Marissa (Cameron) McKee and Ricky Middaugh; and several great grandchildren.
Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her grandchild "Baby Klein" and brothers James "Jim" Holskey and Richard "Dick" (Donna) Holskey.
Friends may call at the Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main Street Coshocton, Ohio 43812 on Monday, February 19, 2024 from 5:00pm - 7:00pm and one hour prior to the funeral service.  Funeral services will be Tuesday, at 11:00am with Pastor Steve Young officiating, Burial will follow at Franklin Cemetery. A time of food and fellowship will take place at the Eagles following the burial.

Memorial contributions can be directed toward the Coshocton County Animal Shelter; envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
