William “Bill” Adams, 79, of Coshocton passed away Monday September 15, 2014 at Good Samaritan Hospital, Zanesville.
He was born in Cadiz, OH on September 23, 1934 to the late William and Oneta (Barrett) Adams.
Bill went to Coshocton High School, Ohio University, and Green Briar Military Academy before entering the United States Army.
He was a member of the Masonic and Elks Lodge of Coshocton and he loved hunting and trap shooting. Bill was owner and operator of Muskingum Grinding Machinery for 30 years.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Ramona “Mert” ( Lacy) Adams; two sons Patrick ( Jeanne) McKenzie and Michael McKenzie; grandchildren Erica (Dave) Boose of Naperville, Illinois, Molly (Scott) Dunn of Nashport, Ohio, Gavin McKenzie of Leadville, Colorado, and Jay (Mandi) Latham of Naples, Florida; and 4 Great-grandchildren.
Per Bill’s wishes a cremation will take place and a memorial service will be held at The Miller Funeral Home 639 Main St., Coshocton on October 11, 2014 from 11:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M with the Memorial service beginning at 12:00 P.M. with Pastor Harold Spragg officiating.
